The challenge
AI tutors can feel cold or confusing. The product needed to feel friendly and clear, with a brand people trust from the first visit.

How I worked
I treated the conversation as the product. Clear prompts, short answers and quick quizzes keep learners moving forward instead of reading walls of text.
